TEACHING PHILOSOPHY by: Michelle I. Obera

Teaching is just like planting a tree that you do not have the assurance if you can harvest its fruit when it's ready. And a good teacher must be a good farmer, though it is not easy but a fulfilling one.

I always believe in the saying that "once you are a teacher, you're always a student". And I can say that before you become a good teacher you are once a good learner. A good teacher must not afraid to learn new things instead you have to be ready for it. As I always bear in mind that being a teacher is not that easy, so I have to open my eyes for all the opportunities that will come for it will help me improve my skills in teaching.

As a beginning teacher, I have to be passionate and dedicated for it will help me improve myself and boost my self-confidence. Being knowledgeable and confident in teaching will result into a fruitful labor.
